Are virtual numbers “normal” phone numbers?

Do I need to purchase or install any special equipment or software?

Absolutely not. Virtual number requires no special equipment, PCs or special emails. You use virtual number just like any other number. Purchase a number from within our portal choose which account you wish to provision it to.

Can I pick any number that I want?

Customers can choose their numbers when signing up via our online website. Want a special number, not found on our website? Contact our Sales Department and we will complete a vanity search. There will be a £15 one time fee to complete the search.

How long does it take for a number to be Activated?

When purchasing a number via our online portal, the activation of the number is instantaneous.

Is number porting in (LNP) available?

EveryDay Voip supports porting in. If you are interested in porting your numbers to EveryDay Voip, please initiate a transfer request from within your dashboard. You will need to complete our number port form and also submit a copy of your latest invoice from your current telephone provider. There will be a £15 one time fee for a LNP (Local Number Portability).

How do I select and buy a number?

You can buy a number online from your dashboard or by contacting us. We offer numbers from all major international destinations. Once you have purchased the number you will be able to configure provision the purchase number to your desired account.
