Barcelona Open Final Again for Old Timer Rafael Nadal and 5th Ranked, Stefanos Tsitsipas

April 25, 2021by EveryDay

Having defeated Jannik Sinner in the semi final game of the ATP 500 Barcelona Open on Saturday afternoon, Tsitsipas will face off with Spain Old Timer and 3rd ranked Rafael Nadal on Sunday afternoon.

Tsitsipas will be hoping to get his hand on another trophy after defeating Andrey Rublev to lift the Monte Carlo Master recently.

This meeting between Tsitsipas and Nadal will be a rematch of the 2018 final, when Tsitsipas was comprehensively beaten by Nadal, 6-2 6-1, in the No. 5 first ATP 500 final.

Although this may be Tsitsipas first Barcelona Open trophy if he manages to win it. It would be the 12tQh time Nadal is lifting the trophy if he wins it today.

It seems as though the tournament is his birthright. Well, who has the capability to top that?

Let hope Tsitsipas does.

Our prediction: Nadal to win
