April 23, 2021by Samuel Salimon

It’s another classic performance yet again from the 19 years old, Jannik Sinner against a worthy competitor in the Round of 16 at the ATP Tour Barcelona Open.

Although both players had already met a couple of times in recent months, where Sinner won in all matches – the 19 years old Italian and the 19th ranked player in the ATP ranked tennis player proved the reason why he got a spot on the list of the first twenty players at ATP tour.

Sinner came into this game really slowly but took the first set by 11 – 9 in a surprising turn of events. In the second set, however, he breezed past his opponent like it was nothing.

He will join Rublev in the Quarterfinals of the competition. Rublev, 23 years old Russian player, defeated Ramos Viñolas in round of 16 in a 3-set match that ended 2 – 1 in favor of Rublev.
