The International Games Takes Centre as Belgium puts goals 8 past Belarus.

March 31, 2021by Samuel Salimon

Roberto Martinez, the head coach of the Belgium national team, will be impressed with how his team played yesterday against Belarus.

After an exciting game that saw his team scoring 8 goals to nil against their opponent in their World Cup qualifier match yesterday.

Before the game, the coach warned that his players were under scrutiny to book a spot in the Euro 2020 squad.

One would say this warning gingered the players to play better.  Michy Batshuayi, Hans Vanaken, Leandro Trossard, Jeremy Doku, Denis Praet and Christian Benteke all found the back of the net with Kevin De Bruyne, Romelu Lukaku and Dries Mertens all asked to rest.

Portugal likewise found themselves at the top of Group A after defeating Luxembourg 3 – 1. The Netherlands again put 7 goals past Gibraltar, keeping them at the second position in Group G.
